The CMYK of an Avocado is 70,28,100,13

A lot of times when I am designing, I have to use a particular color. At that point, I usually put the correct percentages for the CMYK colors (cyan, magenta, yellow, & black). Such as, when I design for Auburn University, I can't just pick any orange or blue color. I can't even try and match it as close as I can. I have to have the exact percentages to make the exact orange and blue. As seen here, they look similar. But yet so different when it comes to printing.

I feel the same way about food. When you put the correct colors together, they are much more enticing to eat. The more vibrant colors, the better we will eat them. Thankfully, we don't have to put in our CMYK colors for food.

I had been craving some avocado and eggs, so of course, I put those together. Take a gander at my breakfast sandwich I made. The most delightful, creamy piece of toast. O M Acca G. So satisfying. You can make it too!

  • Toast
  • Avocado
  • Egg (I added a little goat cheese to mine)
  • Top with some Hot sauce
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

ENJOY! Try this with a fresh pot of coffee and you are good to go.
